Peggy was a wonderful woman full of joy and life. Peggy was from New York. After a mental health crisis, she spent time in Topeka Kansas at the Menninger Clinic. Later She made Newton, Kansas her home. Caring Place became a safe haven of community, joy, and relationships that was dear to her until her passing in 2002.
